Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe the removal was incorrect, you can send us a counter-notification. Include the following:

• What was removed and its original location on our platform.
• Your contact details: full name, address, phone, and email.
• A good faith statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• A declaration that you accept the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or an appropriate U.S. court if you're located internationally) and agree to accept service.
• Your signature

Once we receive your counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If they do not initiate legal action within 10–14 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the material in question.
